We are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, always looking for new challenges. Hitting project schedules and budgets can be a daunting task. But doing so with consistency, at the same time as creating a compelling product, is one that not many companies are able to master.
At Moetion Technologies, we have an extensive background in embedded electronics and technology development, and in launching product to market using our extensive network of partners. We thrive on stewarding our client’s ideas so that the impossible becomes possible.
It starts with PCB design
Circuit design is the platform on which embedded electronics is built, and our team has lots of experience developing circuit designs that enable bold ideas across the full lifecycle of product development.
Some clients rely on our experience to help their internal team develop demonstrators that advance their ideas to the next stage of their development. Other clients simply need a fresh ready-to-go circuit design because they don’t have their own PCB design engineers.
One of our recent clients came to us with an idea for a product that could revolutionize their market segment, and we helped them develop the concept first with a paper study that showed how their product could be feasible. Next we helped by creating a circuit design that is able to prove the concept and present it at trade shows so they can build excitement and investment for their bold idea. We are looking forward to the next steps with that client!
Embedded software makes the circuits come alive
A circuit board needs embedded software to make it come alive. Without that, no embedded electronics idea will move forward very far. The client example mentioned above had a control and user interface concept too. Our software team worked together to define how the user interface and controls would operate the device in concert so that the product demo would be usable and functional. It is so exciting when hardware and software come together to make a bold idea real.

Wireless power experience helps us launch your product
Inductive power, both for charging and for cooking, has been a competency that many clients have appreciated. Our staff have been involved in wireless power in its early days and helped create the technology that led to the original Qi standard. Now the technology is found everywhere you see a smartphone, and lots of other places too.
Our experience with wireless power has led us to inventing, designing, refining, marketing, and launching numerous iterations of wireless charging technologies. We find ourselves consistently working on the leading edge of product development, helping us learn tremendous amounts about product development and launch that consistently helps us develop and launch products for many clients.
Quality processes guide improvement
During the course of shepherding our clients’ projects, we have found it useful to develop simple-to-use process tools for design teams, coupled with documentation strategies and in-person training and support. These tools enable our clients to work more seamlessly across product development projects. From ideation to design verification, to knowledge transfer and design for manufacturing, our clients have been able to avoid schedule delays and increase effective design reuse.

Sometimes that is done as part of a product design project, and other times it requires us to embed ourselves into our clients’ teams to dissect the opportunities and solutions that fit best for an organization.
